1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using ZomPixel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ZomPixel is a photography booking platform that connects clients with professional photographers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
- Users must provide accurate information during registration
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts

4. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- Bookings are subject to photographer acceptance
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay
- Cash payments are handled directly between client and photographer
- Booking cancellation policies apply as described in the Refund Policy

5. PHOTOGRAPHER OBLIGATIONS
- Photographers must maintain an active subscription (₹499/month)
- Portfolio must contain original work only
- Maximum 10 photos (10MB each) and 1 video (60MB max) allowed
- Photographers must honor accepted bookings

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bookings can be cancelled before completion
- Online payments: Full refund for cancellations
- Cash payments: Settled between parties
- Auto-cancellation applies for unresponded bookings

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZomPixel acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of photography services provided.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs remain the property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed.

9. PRIVACY
User data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
